ReplyDeletethat is great to know that your house plan have been approved and going to choose the contractor.
I plan to build my own house in Kuching area too (ready build house too expensive), now still in looking for a suitable land. May I know what is the department to visit in MBKS for the procedure needed?

Mr Ling, there should be a Building Approval department in MBKS. The procedure would be the same as DBKU. Dont forget to check with Land & Survey if you can build a house on that property. MBKS only approves the building plan. Your architect is the best advisor.
